There is no beating around the bush with this point. Gluten, dairy and processed foods are the biggest culprits for acne. This is something your dermatologist will never tell you. Processed dairy can not be easily digested by our bodies due to a protein in it. Also, processed dairy has no fiber, so when milk enters the digestive tract it can stay there for a long time because there are no fibers to move it. This creates a build up of waste on the inside of the large intestines. Whatever is happening in the large intestine, we can see as a reflection on our skin. This toxic build up turns into annoying pimples and acne.
To use as an acne home remedy, dip a cotton swab in the honey and then apply it to the affected area. Leave it for at least 30 minutes before rinsing.
Washing your face with honey will also leave you with sparkling, clean, soft skin.
Honey and cinnamon method
Take three tablespoons of honey and one tablespoon of cinnamon and make a paste. Put it on the affected area and apply it in circles. Leave it on while you sleep and wash it off in the morning
